CHEF’S SPECIALTIES

SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP
With roasted red peppers, parmesan and jack cheese. Served warm with deep-fried wonton chips.

CHICKEN CHINOIS
Tender chicken strips lightly breaded, dusted with cajun seasoning and deep-fried. Accompanied by a huli huli dipping sauce.

CHARBROILED MAHI MAHI SANDWICH
Lightly seasoned, served as a sandwich with jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and remoulade sauce with Hawaiian style potato chips.

SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE QUESADILLA
Broiled marinated shrimp and andouille sausage layered between
flour tortillas and topped with melted pepper jack cheese. Drizzled with a cilantro dressing and served with fresh balsamic tomato salsa.
